Terms and conditions
Effective date: 31 July 2026
These terms govern the use of Rapid Cart, including its paid subscription plans. By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or submitting an order request, you agree to them.
1. The service
Rapid Cart, operated by BAP Software Ltd, lets registered users ("sellers") receive structured order requests from visitors ("buyers") through a personal link. Rapid Cart does not process payments and is not a party to any transaction between a seller and a buyer.
2. Order requests are not binding orders
An order request expresses a buyer's interest, including a proposed price. No contract exists until the seller and buyer agree between themselves. Price, payment, delivery, cancellations, and returns are matters strictly between seller and buyer.
3. Accounts
- Provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these terms; deactivation hides the public order page and blocks sign-in.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Rapid Cart to:
- offer illegal goods or services, or content that infringes third-party rights;
- mislead buyers or impersonate others;
- send spam or submit fraudulent order requests;
- attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
We may remove content or pages that violate these rules at our discretion.
5. Sellers' responsibilities
Sellers act in their own name. They are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to their offers (including consumer protection and distance-selling rules), for fulfilling agreements made with buyers, and for their own tax obligations.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Rapid Cart offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (currently Pro and Business), billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Displayed prices may be exclusive of VAT, sales tax, or similar charges, which are calculated and added at checkout where applicable.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard's Billing page, which opens Stripe's secure Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep your plan's features until then, and your account reverts to the Free plan afterwards. Order pages beyond the Free plan's limit are disabled, not deleted: their data and past orders remain intact, and access resumes automatically if you resubscribe.
Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. If a payment fails, we may retry it and, if it continues to fail, suspend paid-plan features until payment succeeds. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers; continuing your subscription after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
7. Right of withdrawal for EU/EEA consumers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Because a Rapid Cart subscription is digital service delivered immediately, this right ends once performance begins, provided you have given express consent to immediate performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). By subscribing, you provide that consent and acknowledgment.
If you subscribe and change your mind before the service has meaningfully begun, contact us at info@rapidcart.co within 14 days and we will consider your request in line with applicable law.
8. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" — we may add, change, or discontinue features at our discretion. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the functionality of a paid plan.
9. Intellectual property
The Rapid Cart platform, name, and logo belong to BAP Software. Content that sellers publish on their pages remains theirs; by publishing it they grant us the licence needed to display it as part of the service.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAP Software is not liable for disputes between sellers and buyers, for the accuracy of content sellers publish, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be announced to registered users by email. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's registered seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions: info@rapidcart.co.
